My sister and I initially came in for just a dinning table; however with the professional advice and sales techniques from Dyana ; we ended up buying all of our furniture from Home Sweet Home ( Castle Hill ). There was some problem and delays with gathering all our pieces from their warehouses which are distributed all over Australia - again it was Dyana who pushed and arranged everything ( bearing in mind by now this is not her department) our furniture are all beautifully settled in our units before we go overseas for our holiday. Thank you so much to Dyana for all your help. Our marble tables and TV unit gives our place a luxury appearance but with an economical price!! Thank you Dyana, from your very happy customer.

No prizes for guessing who the five star goes to given all the praises for this wonderful person already! Joey was fantastic from the beginning. He gave us space to browse in the shop, very knowledgeable on the pieces of furniture we inquired about and was not pushy at all. We felt genuinely taken care of. There were some issues at delivery, but Monica from the head office was straight onto it. Joey gave us a courtesy call after the delivery just to check if everyone went ok and that he can't send someone over to fix anything we weren't happy with. This kind of service is what keep businesses running when things are tough. It doesn't cost anything to be nice and be present for your customers, and Joey is a wonderful example of that.

Sam is so friendly and helpful, he was able to provide me with a clock better than the one I had initially ordered and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the product and even stayed back a little after closing time so I could make it after work. Thankyou so much for your help I will definately be shopping here again, everything in the store is beautiful and it all seems like really great quality. 🙏🏽

So impressed by the excellent customer Service, Helen was amazing...listen to what we wanted then showed us all options for our new lounge. Then made sure we got our delivery before Christmas, over & above customers service...thankyou. We were so happy just took Mum back to buy a recliner & again outstanding customer service...not pushy just so helpful highly recommend this shop has such a good selection of things you wont find elsewhere plus they treat you with respect & value.' The staff at Castle Hill was helpful in showing us the stock and her pricing was accurate. The delivery was on time and the delivery staff carried the furniture up our front steps. we are very happy with our purchase.

Joey is an absolutely amazing person to talk to who did not in any way make us feel pressured to make a decision. He was very empathetic with us. He has really listened to what we wanted in a mattress. He explained the different types of firmness levels and was very transparent with the entire process, including prices. We also ended up purchasing a recliner due to the reasonable price. As mentioned to Joey, we will definitely be back once we've moved into our new home to furnish the place from him.
